Terms of sale

These terms govern sales made on this website between To7fa SARL (à compléter), Casablanca, Maroc (“the seller”) and any person placing an order (“the customer”). Contact: bonjour@to7fa.ma · +212 6 00 00 00 00.

Pieces are made to order by 3D printing. Photos are as faithful as possible; slight variations in shade or texture, inherent to 3D printing and to the filament used, are not a defect. The colours on offer depend on the filament in stock at the time of ordering.

Prices are in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), all taxes included. Delivery fees, which depend on the city, are shown before the order is confirmed; delivery is free from 400 MAD of items (after discount). The applicable price is the one shown when the order is placed.

An order is recorded when the customer confirms it after accepting these terms. For cash on delivery or bank transfer, it is confirmed by phone before production starts; the seller may refuse an abnormal order or one whose customer cannot be reached. A summary is sent to the customer by email or message when their details allow it.

The customer may pay on delivery (in cash, to the courier), by bank transfer or by card through a secure payment provider. Card details never pass through the seller's servers. An invoice is issued for every order.

Each piece is made and checked after the order is confirmed; the making time is indicative. Delivery is handled anywhere in Morocco by a partner carrier. The customer can follow their order with the link sent to them. If a parcel arrives damaged, the customer should note it with the courier and contact the seller within 48 hours.

Under law 31-08, the customer has seven (7) days from receipt to withdraw, without giving a reason. This right does not apply to products made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised (colour, text, dimensions or custom design). Return costs are borne by the customer; the refund is made as soon as possible after the product is received in good condition.

The customer benefits from the legal warranty against defects. If a manufacturing flaw is found on receipt, the seller remakes or refunds the piece.

The information collected (name, phone, address, email) is used only to process and follow up orders, for invoicing and for delivery; it is shared with the carrier and, where relevant, the payment provider. These terms are governed by Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, the customer is invited to contact the seller first to find an amicable solution; failing that, the competent courts will have jurisdiction.
